Today (25/10/23) morning went to this hospital for blood test. One male staff tried to tie my upper hand with an old rubber cloves, instead of using a belt, to identify the nerves. I oppose it and walked out. Further the hospital is looking very dusty & unclean, in the reception. Very bad experience.

If you are a insurance coverage person getting discharge is herculean task. Processing of paper will take more than one day.

Thanks to the management, doctors and staff members. When we called this hospital and said that many of my family members have symptom of covid-19 and wanted advice and guidance, they stood with us from the moment of my call and made wonderful coordination took us to hospital. We were attended immediately. All the doctor visits were on time and staff member were courteous. Treatment and care to us were classic and with personal attention. The assurance that they gave throughout has brought us a lot of confidence and with their professional treatment and follow up we all have recovered in full. Needless to say that the food that they provided are of good quality well planned and timely. To put it in a nut shell "An excellent neighborhood hospital that gives a professional care with personal attention".

Dr. Krishnan and his team are doing an excellent job. They take very good care and charge nominal fees. The duty doctors, nurses , house keeping and administration staff deserve a lot of appreciation for their sincere care and polite responses to questions. Dr. Krishnan provides clear directions to patients in a very calm manner during treatment. I will recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality treatment at an affordable cost.

This is a unique hospital that offers both a friendly and professional environment. They treat patients with great care and make sure all the patient needs are met. My mom and I got admitted due to testing covid positive. We were there for a week for treatment. They gave all medications and round the clock support and check ups. We are happy to provide this recommendation and would go back to this hospital any time again in the future.

My mom and grandfather were tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted in SRM Hospital for 3 weeks. Both of them were treated with utmost care. Dr. Krishnan was always available to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. All the doctors and nurses who attended my family were very caring, attentive to their needs, always kept them happy and there was never a shortage of warm smiles. They were constantly monitored and vitals like blood o2 level, temperature was checked several times a day. It's very important for a patient to feel good mentally which will help in speedy recovery. With the amazing treatment the hospital provided, both my mom and grandfather tested negative for covid. While the outcome was also satisfactory, The awesome service my family received by several of the staff members should definitely be mentioned. Every single request (Food, room etc) my mom and grandfather had was addressed immediately. Special shout out to the admin team. My mom and grandfather have dietary restrictions and all their requests were accommodated with a smile! All the doctors and nurses that my mom and grandfather met here has been absolutely wonderful! They really take the time to talk to you and answer any questions that you might have. I thank the entire team for making my family's stay there very pleasant and wonderful during this stressful time.

Last week we both were admitted for corona treatment. All the doctors, staff are very courteous and very kind hearted. The food, atmosphere and everything around us were tasty, peaceful and encouraging. To our surprise the charge is also very nominal. God bless them all for their service.
