One of the worst experience.
They r behind money. No service. Worst behaviour. They took money before showing the rooms. And all false claims.
My stay here is not good.
Rooms are not clean
No clean bedsheets
No cleaning before handover.
No option to give 0 rating.
They charged Rs.1500 per day without even showing the rooms. On reaching the room, found out, it's not even worth Rs.500. Worst room with small window. Gloomy room. No ventilation. Bed for 2 people. Not even cleaned. We immediately canceled and vacated the room. Harsh behavior. On request for refund, they insisted on showing another room of Rs.2000.

Weast and weast tv is not working and ac was also working but always that receptionist was offing AC idont know why but we also ordered hot water but he didn't gave till we vacated .... Worst lodge with high price, they charged 1500 /- Rs Non - Ac, 1 night
1. BAD smell entire room, I can literally see big stains on bedsheet.
2. Wash basins are overflowed with water.
3. Bad service,.
4. No hot water.
Also Don't get fooled by their fancy looking lift at the lobby lifts, rooms are worst inside.

It's worst lodge with high price. Rooms are worst and bad smell. wash room is worst. If we ask room is not goot it's because of closed and they will do room spray. Worst service only one boy is there for service. They will not provide hot water. One geyser will be there for entire floor and it iams also locked. If you ask for hot water they will open the key in morning time and will close immediately.. Don't book here.. If you ask any auto guy they wil take you to here bcoz they will give 300 to 500 for each room.

Very limited AC rooms available on offer and most of them are non a/c. While the location of the hotel is pretty good, just diagonal to ghat's main entry tollgate, their maintenance could have been much better. Don't forget to bargain before you take

Very good hotel. Stayed for 2 days. Staff are friendly and give good guidance about the places around. Wifi and Smart TV available. Nice rooms and Clean bathrooms (They can put a small cupboard in their rooms. Just a suggestion)
