The place is situated at a calm and natural place away from city. There is a lake right at the edge of the society boundary. The surrounding is like that of a village, not for the ones who like more developed surroundings like hi-tech city or Gachibowli. The three floor villas built are small but ok for a small family. Club House and swimming pools were not completed when I visited.
This locality has 100+ duplex villas with a super market. Nice place to live. Complete peaceful location. For amenities, it's work in progress. A lake nearby. Lord Siva temple opp. to the lake. Very close to international schools. Community residents celebrate new year, holi, ganesh festivals together.

Kind of isolated. Adjucent to small hillock on side and lake on other side. Only one access road, without any street lights. Luckily the road is becoming CC now.
Place is clean, as a new place should be. Houses look as promised.. Location wise, it is quite interior from the main road & has no lake to view.
