visited the pediatrician in the hospital, The staff were very friendly with kids. The pediatrician Dr. Narendra is nice with kids, making my child feel comfortable during the examination. The hospital floor was clean, and I felt reassured by the safety measures they had in place. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would highly recommend this pediatrician hospital to other parents.
I visited the hospital for an ear problem and got the problem solved swiftly. First we need to get an appointment (or token) which was Rs300 when I visited the place and after that we'll have to wait for our turn or they'll inform us when the doctor will check on us. * At first my problems were learnt by the doctor in detail through conversation. * The doctor was knowledgeable as he understood what was going on and explained the problem & procedure beforehand and with my concent he went on with the procedure. * The doctor made me sit on a chair and inserted a camera in both the ears and found infection in 1 of my ears, the camera's view is shown to us through a small monitor. * Then the infection was removed through a tube thoroughly which I won't lie caused me a bit of pain but had to bare it as the infection was causing more pain than the removal procedure. * After the removal procedure a few medicines and ear drops were prescribed to use which can be bought in the hospital's own pharmacy with our own money. * In the end my ear pain was gone after a day and I'm well now, I recommend this hospital for any kind of ear related problems as I've seen others going to different hospitals and end up with vague results.
Dr Narendra reddy sir is very talented and good pediatrician . He is very patient,kind, and takes time to listen to our concerns and always follows up the child. Nursing staff are also very caring here . I would recommend him .
