It was my first-time yoga experience with Bhagwati ma'am. Her expertise in adapting poses for each stage, along with her guidance, made every session a true delight. Her nurturing approach created a safe and supportive space for both physical and mental well-being. I felt more connected to my body and my baby with each class.
This was my first experience with virtual/online yoga and it was very pleasant. Bhaswati is and excellent guide who patiently walks you through each move while also explaining their benefits. After only a few sessions, I was able to see an incredible improvement not just in my posture but also stomach cramps and lower back pain.
My wife got benefited from online Therapeutic yoga offered by Bhaswati Seal madam through Srimoyi Yoga center. My Wife had severe pain called Bursitis around hip joint and thigh area along with lower back pain. she was not able to sit on the ground, standing and walking with lot of pain and could not carry-on her regular works. She took allopathic treatement with physiotherapy with no success and then moved to Ayurveda medication, however pain was not reduced much. we contacted Bhaswati Madam and my wife was advised to take online Therapeutic yoga. At first, she took 3 classes on the Bed matress due to severe pain and seen the big improvement after each yoga therapy session. She got enough gap and rest after each yoga therapy session and eventually she could do therapy yoga on on the ground after 3rd session itself. Along with Yoga, Bhaswathi madam gave very valuable suggestions, taught specific yoga poses, pranayams and other strenghting exercises that helped to reduce the pain drastically. we were doubtful about yoga therapy before signing up to the classes, however we felt happy after finishing the classes and seeing results. My wife is advised to practise therapy yoga for few more weeks to get complete cure. I personally thank Bhaswati madam for everything that she did for my wife. Madam's valueble suggestions are very precious and key to get complete health.

I have been associated with Bhaswati ma'am for 6 years and had done her therapeutic yoga course. I had extreme lower back pain and the asanas she taught helped me immensely. I was aware that ma'am also conducted prenatal yoga classes so it was a no brainier for me to join her course. The prenatal yoga is an online course and we can join it with a group or 1:1. I preferred to join the group so I could meet other expecting moms and connect with them. As part of the course, ma'am dedicated one hour to understand my lifestyle and daily food habits and suggested some corrections to help with the pregnancy. She also focused on specific concerns and suggested exercises/ stretches/ asanas to address them. I practice them everyday and the asanas help me start my day on a positive note. The stretches help me to get through my day without aches or pains and I am also able to sleep through the night peacefully. I would highly recommended Bhaswati Seal ma'am for all yoga courses.
