This Hospital is super well maintained and You can have the best user experience visiting this hospital. It has been a wonderful experience for me during my eye check-up. Very knowledgeable and insightful doctor who explained the eye problem clearly.When we visited this hospital and yes we can say this is the best choice for vision related issues and staff in this hospital are also very responsive and polite with patients. Hospital premises is also well maintained and hygienic all the time.This is the main branch of all hospitals in kakinada.There are also free buses available from bhagundi junction to here.But I don't recommended ben franklin Optical store due to less spects models and high prices ofcourse It's a nice brand.Overall The best Eyecare hospital in E.G district (Kakinada) and highly recommended hospital...
Waiting period is so long. You have to wait atleast 3 to 5hrs just for an eye checkup
The excellent Hospital of ophthalmology driven by vision. I took my grand father here for consultancy. The treatment and test examinations went very well. Doctors and all the staff are very polite. Heard and read in the news that hospital run by Sankurathri foundation in the memory of Sri Kiran s/o Chairman of the foundation and hospital. I went for cataract surgery... Doctor's are well experienced..as I am having health insurance I can go to bigger cities for treatment..but my choice was Kiran hospital..because the hospital is having genuine treatment..towards lens and all. Everything is well and good.. treatment,staff,rooms,service all are fine. Insurance wing is little bit need update. I have HDFC ergo health insurance..after proposal for certain amount..the insurance company approves initial amount..and after surgery..when final bill is uploaded..the remaining balance will be transferred..this is the process with every hospital..but here I was asked to pay certain amount as caution and that will be returned after the insurance company pays the final amount...my amount was returned and there is no problem..but I think this should be solved....apart from this everything is good..food for patients.. clean rooms.. bathrooms.
