Room are good, clean. Service is fine and staff is polite too but rooms seemed small in space.
The stay is good. The rooms are clean and kept well. But it is backed with an extremely poor food service. The kitchen only opens at 8 and there is a limited menu. Also, there is a general clumsiness in the way overall service is provided (read wrong orders, repeated calls to reception, lack of proactive measures). One more thing I was extremely disappointed about was that I had to park my bike on the street since they did not have an inside parking. I have stayed in this place before and they used to have it. But it seems some work is going on. I'm not sure if I will book it again.
This place looks nice only from outside. You'll end up paying for a bad experience. 1. There is no proper ventilation and the room was filled with too much air freshener which can give you headache in very short time. 2. Found cockroaches in the cupboard and table. We complained and they just took pictures of cockroaches and left. 3. No doorlock - What's the point of booking a room when you can't lock it from outside? We had to go out for few hours and tried locking the door for so long. Called the reception twice, they said it's working and only came to check when we called the third time. The lock wasn't working. We complained and they told that nothing will happen to our luggage as there are cameras and nobody will enter the room. We initially refused to leave like that but they told they'll get it repaired by the time we come back. When we asked about it later, they responded very carelessly that you adjust with that, we can't get it done now. In spite of all this, they charged 2800. Please don't get fooled by the awards that are kept at the reception. Please don't come here and pay your hard-earned money for a bad experience.
Felt the rooms were little smaller . The service was good. They should start providing atkeast a complementary watwr bottle.
The room I stayed was good but. It's not value for money. Because the amount they charged for a delux room without any complements like breakfast or lunch was not appreciated. Apart from that the stay was nice

Dear All, I'm strongly suggesting don't book this hotel, there is worst experience ever had it's not worth 800/- but they charged 3325/- i paid extra on dental kit, door lock problem, no hygiene in toilet room, morning breakfast is very worst. Don't book this Hotel...
stayed twice at srigandha residency. clean place to stay. very supportive and polite team. it's in the middle of davangere city. stayed here with my family. very good hotel to stay staffs are very helpful and polite. hope visit again everything is very near like bus stop and railway station...food is awsm i like customer service so i ll visit agai for sure.
