The worst hospital in Uttara Kannada, Meant for taking the lives of people. Every year, a patient is loosing his life because of the doctor's mistake..... Suggest you to not to visit this hospital for any kind of medical assistance.

My recent experience at Shridevi Hospital Honnavar was quite disappointing, to say the least. The overall condition of the hospital left much to be desired, and I encountered several issues during my stay. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of cleanliness throughout the hospital. The bathrooms were filthy, and it was apparent that they were cleaned regularly but only with water no added phynyl. Additionally, the presence of mice was a major problem. Not only did they pose a nuisance, but they also caused health concerns, as they would enter the rooms at night and bite patients. It was distressing and made it difficult to rest peacefully. The hospital equipment and instruments seemed outdated and rusted. This raised serious doubts about the hygiene and safety standards of the hospital. Modern and well-maintained equipment are essential for providing quality healthcare, and the hospital should invest in upgrading its facilities. On the positive side, the nursing care was satisfactory. The nurses seemed compassionate and attentive to the patients' needs. However, this does not compensate for the hospital's overall shortcomings. One shining light amidst the chaos was Dr. Vinayak Raikar, who attended to my mother. He proved to be an exceptional doctor, not only in terms of medical expertise but also as a genuinely caring and down-to-earth individual. His dedication and concern for his patients deserve appreciation. In conclusion, my experience at Shridevi Hospital Honnavar was marred by a lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and the presence of mice, which affected both comfort and safety. I believe the head doctor should prioritize addressing these issues and take measures to improve the overall condition of the hospital. While the nursing care was commendable, it cannot fully compensate for the hospital's deficiencies. I hope that my feedback helps to bring about positive changes and a better experience for future patients.

Request Not To Visit This Hospital for Minor Conditions.....Just for the First Aid and dressing they charged Too Much nearly 800Rs and even registered unnecessarily for outside patients... although doctors are nice except doctors assistants are very rude and not so responsive to people...

A private hospital. Covering many schemes like vajpee,aarogya shri, Rajeev,, aarogya Bhagya, Jyoti sanjeewini. Goodpital with best child and bone specialist available 24*7 . Good hospital. Best orthopedist available in this area. Dr. Vinayak railar ortho is the best. Overall good treatment.

A Very bad hospital, Dr Bhargav Shettys doesn't deserve his license , he doesn't even check properly and proposes surgery for everything.

Nurses here are unable to understand the concern of minor conditions. The medicals are unaware of the medicines that are available. No proper quick treatment for those in need who travel via the highway. Duty doctors aren't helpful for consulting at midnight.
