No proper bill only writing on letter head when asking computerised they said we wont give, after purchasing ornament this process happened , more making charge as per 1 town .

Had a flexibility of jewelry making and orders but..they charge hefty amount on wasatge, making charges, kdm charges ,gst without proper bill etc.. they always try to make more heavier than ordered.. when you return the same gold..they will deduct some part.. same gold we got 1lakh where as they offered 90k
