Sri Yogananda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Vedadri - Hindu temple in Chillakallu, Ravirala - Krishna, India

Vedadri is Famous for Sri Yogananda Laxmi Narsimha Swamy temple located at Bank of Krishna River in this temple we can seek blessings of 5-different Narsimhas In Vedadri Temple u can view about the 5-Narsimha In History board. One narsimha Swamy temple is located at Garuda chalam it is 5-km far from Vedadri. If possible you can take Holy Dip in Krishna river. By the road we can go to this temple but on the mountain the way is under construction on the mountain we can seek 2-Narsimhas Darshan. Entry tickets are mandatory for everyone the cost is 10/- and also parking charges will be collected for the vehicle. Enjoy the view from the Mountain top you will enjoy it and experience the Fresh air. This temple has some repairs to do and the Endowment department should take care of the temple and stop collecting tickets for Darshan this is my kind request.

Peaceful place. It is a hill with krishna river flowing beside, climate is cool. you will find lot of monkeys, But not problematic or harmful. We have stayed 1 night and 1 day. We have slept in the temple in the night, a typical hindu ritual and went for darshan in the morning. you will find krishna river infront of the temple. you can take bath and go for darshan. Accomdation is available near temple. Some autos are also available. But charging 2X or 3X. Try to come in your own transport. Darshan charges 10/- and also free darshan at irregular times. Ideally free darshan is everyones right but they are collecting charges most of the times. Might be temple needs some funds. Total 5 Narasimha idols are there 1 yogananda lakshmi narsimha swamy 2 lakshmi narasimha swamy 3 swambhu jwala narasimha swamy 4 salagrama narasimha swamy 5 lakshmi narsimha swamy in seshachalam (5km away)

Calm and Serene place. Though the temple is 13km far from highway and surrounded by good nature and it was decently maintained. There are 3 main temples inside with Yogananda Swamy as main Shrine and there is one temple for Lord Shiva along with them there is a temple for Lord Jwala Narasimha on top of the hill. You can walk comfortably as they laid down a stairs and that place is so serene.There is one more Lord Narasimha in the form of large stone in Krishna river can be accessed from inside the temple or you can go from outside, but you need to swim couple of meters. This temple is one of Nava (9) Narasimha temples and a must visit. Best time is to go early morning or in the evening and you can spend some time on the banks of river Krishna.

Om namo Lakshmi Narasimhaya namaha.vedadri temple is powerful. Temple here is very nice and beautiful. Awesome location here. Temple is situated on the Krishna river left bank. This place is usually crowded in festival time and not much in other normal time. This place is about 10 kilometres long from jaggayyapeta on Vijayawada Hyderabad national highway. Once you have to visit here. You can bring your family and kids here at any day.
