400yrs old temple for Hayagreeva, good for students, bring their books and pen to keep it on the feet and get the blessings. Nice temple, well organised and friendly priests. Divine feel and positive vibes.. lots of students have written their name and roll no on the temple wall.. We went in the morning on a weekend. It was moderately crowded. Prasadams and food items are sold in the temple. Parking is slightly challenging due to narrow roads.

Immensely popular and much acclaimed shrine amongst students and their parents alike, who throng it specially before examinations with a firm belief that its Presiding Deity will bless them score well in their task. The temple is much smaller and situated almost in a wood surrounded by hillocks, away from the main road, but remains famous. A visit will be interesting!

This is a must visit temple..The lord Perumal & Hayagrevar god there is so great and magnificent to see.. Car parking may be a slight big issue there coz very low space since the temple is located inside small streets. Other than that it's so great to visit and pray by keeping stationary Moreover they also have food counters there to have their authentic prasadham

Plan to visit on weekdays for a great peaceful darshan. During weekends it becomes very busy, you cannot park near the temple premises during that time. You have to park 1km away and take an auto during the weekend, so plan accordingly if you are visiting with senior citizens.

Very peaceful ambience. Had a very satisfying long darshan of the lord hayagriva and perumal. Lots of monkeys are present in the temple, so be careful if you are carrying fruits or eatables in your hand. Try to carry archana items in cloth bag or non transparent covers to avoid loosing it to monkeys. The archagar is explaining the importance of the temple and the moorthy while performing the Pooja. If possible get good quality pooja items like elakai malai, tulasi malai, archana set from elsewhere. The small vendors outside the temple are not having impressive goods. They are of average quality only.
