Good to spend around 3 hours here.. Need some maintenance for sure. Ample Car parking is available. Car parking 20 rs Shoe stand 10 rs Entrance 5 rs Ticket for mobile camera 20 rs Restrooms are available A small one chat shop is available where you get chirmuri, chips and bhel. Children park is available where they charge 20 rs This place is very nice but maintenance and some improvement is required. They wrote many Shrii Bhagavad-Gita slokhas all over the wall on marbles that are very nice. Overall very good.
A BhagawadGita themed park with many huge , colourful sculptures in a large premises with lawns and lots of trees. The Gita verses are displayed on marble slabs all around the central figure of an enormous statue of Vishnu showing Viswarupa . Entrance to this hall is through another gigantic sculpture depicting the Geetopadesam scene . Other sculptures to be seen are Gayatri Devi, the Devis of Seven Rivers , Ashtalakshmis and a towering Vittala . Visitor amenities include a meditation hall, children's park , snack kiosks and restrooms. Tickets are needed for entry , vehicle parking and photography. Its a long walk from the footwear stand to the Hall , so best time to visit is during cooler hours of the day or cloudy season.
This place is literally beautiful, calm, clean and devotional. You have parking space for bike and car. The very first black statue you encounter when you enter is Vijaya vitthala statue, next is Gayatri temple and above the temple you can see the Vishwaroopa statue. The statue of the Lord Krishna and Arjuna on a chariot and Vishwaroopa statue built around 30 years back. You have a park also within the temple/ashram premises for kids. You can rest for a few hours inside the temple. Ladies/Gents washroom - free Bike parking charge - Rs20 Photo coupon to take photo/video - Rs20 (DSLR - Rs40) Entry fees - Rs10 Slipper/shoe stand- 5Rs
This is a calm and beautiful place. I had visited this place 7 years back, that time it was lively and we'll maintained. There is a lack of maintenance.
Very calm place and all the chapters of Bhagawatgita explained here in Sanskrit, English , Hindi and Kannada. For kids play area also available
It's a lovely temple built on huge area. It has lots of green trees around on one side too. The air is fresh.
Nice place to visit to spend an hour or so. They have good parking space. Entry ticket costs Rs5/person. Mobile camera Rs20. They do check camera ticket for sure so better buy it at counter itself. Temple is closed from 12noom to 4pm but you can visit few other statues by then. That would take hardly 15min. They small park for kids to play. You find bhavya roop of Sri Vishnu from Gita here. Gita sar is written all over the place where you see big statue of Sri Vishnu.
Temple is very peaceful but not well maintained by the staff. Entry ticket 5rs per head, parking fees 20rs, mobile photography 20rs and camera 50rs every thing you need to pay. Even then maintenance is very bad. Non friendly staff
