They deny check-in for online bookings. This has happened to me repeatedly inspite of being a regular customer. Very very bad customer service.
Nice accommodation with moderate price. If you don't want bill, you will ger further discount. Very friendly staff. Enough parking space for 6 vehicles. Nice room with branded fittings. Ideal place for short trip to Sriperumbudur and nearby places. Only disadvantage is you won't get food here. You have to order for it from the hotel or visit town to have it. Vegetarian food is a big issue as no good veg hotels are available nearby. Overall, four star hotel within your budget.
Good stay for a business trip, this hotel is situated in a very convenient location. I experienced hospitality at its best at this hotel. And the staff was also generous. I had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. Overall it was a great stay.
