V2 has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences.Amazing personal trainers and complete, clean gym. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. It has been almost one year and I have lost weight around 20kg and increased my strength. I find the trainers- so motivating and held me accountable through continuous follow up during my absence to gym.. The nutritional guidance and meal plans are designed that suits my body which is realistic. Everyone out there is extremely supportive, knowledgeable,and challenging.

First of all I would like to tell about the 31 Commandments of Physiotherapist. It's really amazing and it just remembered me what quality I have lost in past 2 years. These are not just a printed words I can experience it. I will implement it surely. Actually I'm taking treatment @ V2 for my body imbalance and dizzines. I can see the changes day by day. Initially I felt very difficult to stand and walk especially in crowded area. Even I couldn't bear single movement of opposite person. But now I feel much better than earlier. My hard days are getting stronger now. I think that I have chosen the right place for my betterment. Thank you V2 Doctors and trainers for diagnosing and explained about my problem accurately andalso I thank for their kindness, friendly approach, proper guidance and support.
