We booked a Innova Crysta from them for one day trip to Mysore. They have allotted Mr. Ramesh. Before starting the journey we told that we want to take Nelamangala-Kunigal road as we have hired the car Km wise. But the driver lied to us that Expressway had opened and it will take only 2 hours. But actually it took 4 hours to reach there. Next day morning because of some emergency we want to start early at 6am which have already been informed prior. But next day morning he denied to start at 6am because of fog whereas there was no fog and again he insisted to take Old road. Please inform your drivers we are paying them as per your asked charges. After paying huge amount this kind of behaviour is not expected from professional drivers.
