Sri Uma Shankar Guest House - Guest house in Sanapur - Koppal, India

We stayed at 3 places in hampi, and this was by far our favorite. Originally, we came in because he music was good. We ended up booking here because he food was good. The room was the only room we've had with hot water for days. They have nice swings to nap on outside of each room. The family who runs this place is awesome. We really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend.

Nice room with spring mattress and real bed linen. Staff very kind. The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes from Indian to international cuisine. Price are absolutely reasonable. Amazing veg burger. They have also shisha.

The vibe is so gold here. Went two times as the food was damn good. Tasted almost every food in the menu as I went with around 20 colleagues. Chicken sizzlers were too good. Pizzas here are the best I've eaten till date. Tried strawberry and green apple flaroured hooka and these got me high quick. :) Good to see such restaurants in an island crowded with foreigners to be affordable and tasty.

One of the coolest cafes on the island, they have frequent movie and jam nights and play good music. The variety of food available is more than other cafes in the area, and covers a lot of cuisines. Hard drinks are available if asked for, but are not present in the menu for security reasons. The service people might club you with other people if there is a lack of space, so don't count on getting privacy.

Nice ambience, light music, you will feel like you are living outside of India, because of availability of foreigners. Nice dinner. Rooms are reasonable but very less security. No camera is there. No ATM machine is available throughout Hampi area, please make sure to fill yourself with cash.. Caution: There is theft incident happened with us, someone has stolen 5000 rupees from the purse of one of our group members. Very notoriously took the purse from window as windows can easily be opened from outside. Rest all is good.

Sri Uma shaker gust the most crowd place the night, we got a room for 1500 INR Our room was just in front of the restaurant, very noisy until 11 PM. Otherwise, the cleanliness of the room was slightly above average for a budget hotel in India. Same for the Bathroom. 24h hot shower (more lukewarm than warm). This is a small hotel in hampi, I am surprised I could find it online to leave my review. I am frequent traveler to hampi. First time I found this place as a recommendation by another traveler. Since then I prefer staying here. I have also checked other places to stay, but none of the places food that tastes as well as they serve. The rooms here are small, neat and cheap. The in-house restaurant they have is the coolest, they have wifi, very good chef who makes lovely italian food, good music and vibe. It makes your trip better if you pick to stay and hangout around this place. I am sure ill still keep visiting it and picking same place everytime i go.

Veg bullets was awesome. Lime Nana was good. Lasagne was horrible. Banana coconut was horrible. For selective items, this is really a great place to relax and chill for a drink and meal. Ambience, hospitality, music everything is great.
