Sri Swatham Vegetarian Restaurant - Family restaurant in Chennai - Coromandel, India

Good location, had a wide variety of dosa options the sambhar and chutney were good. Sunday night was not so crowded and the service was fine but the billing counter members were very slow.

The whole experience was very disappointing. The service lacked coordination with the kitchen and this forced us to spend more and the taste was a straight flop show. A complete waste of money and felt the restaurant was overhyped. I don't know if we went at a wrong odd day. Highly disappointing.

Had lunch on 7th Nov 2022. Taste is quite good and ambience is clean. Specially Sambar is yummy. Staff are polite and good part is all of them have gloves and bouffant Caps. Price is accommodative for all classes. Best wishes

According to Swatham people should get hungry According to there schedule, I am Divya Yadav living across road to Swatham in S9 Beth Shalom, on 12th of sept 23, as a regular day habit I went and for the first time I asked whether they can deliver my order to the address as my wife is pregnant and I am unable to wait today for taking my order, will they deliver it so they asked me address and my number, but after 1/2 hour my wife said order did not came, after a while I went back again to swatham and saw my order was kept there,on been asked they replied me with a rethorical question " you wanted to deliver this order today?", and further continued "we do not deliver when we are busy". From the day of there opening 31st Oct 22, I was a regular customer I have more than 100s of bill with me of swatham, it's not they do not know me by face, even there most of staff knows me by face, I was not asking to do a charity for me but the "tone" in which that man replied me that really was not at all expecting from them. "These people want you to be there loyal customers but you can not expect gratitude from them in return."

A girl will be sitting in front office.. A White shirt middle aged man will be sitting nearby like waiting for pension..... If you go to hotel, no one will come near you... If u call them, they will ask have you ordered?? if u order a menu..in evening, it will come within night... i dont know who is the pity owner of this hotel.... Late late late like a govt hospital..... If u ask dosa.. I think they will first buy rice and grind and give.. Useless lazy hotel ever visited.. Best for lovers that crazy guy with star tattoo and blue chappals. Ultimate comedy. i think owner in foreign ithula black safari vaera... All waste salarytaste is zero in zero. Its an free park. I thought it was an buffet system.If you want to test your patience this is the right place. No one will ask you whether you need extra sambar or chutney or anything else. I have waited for 4 to 5 minutes no one came near me. If you have an enemy who is very time conscious such as hotel. Definitely he will not talk with you lifelong. This hotel is perfectly suitable for lovers. Because for taking the order they will take nearly half an hour. For bringing the Dosa they will take half an hour. At last to bring the bill no one will come near you. You have to go and pay. The the billing girl knows all these things and she will be ready with the bill. For this excellent service there are three golden persons. One with black Safari. Another with white shirt and a gold chain. But advertisements are at a very high level. Gluten free no oil blah blah Bubu. if you want to spend good money better go for Sangeetha. Are if you have very less money better go for Andhra mess and Pandian mess. The bill is two costly without even a single taste.

It's good restaurant and food was awesome actually I am little foodie and professional chef at star hotel but my stomach was filled with mini breakfast only every dish was soo good.

Surprisingly not much of sunday crowd one notices else where. The fact that their menu booklet is still new establishes less crowd or probably printed new !!They have varieties in menu Service was quick Atmosphere of fully air-conditioned restaurant was okay except that kitchen odours permeate into eating hall. Hand wash area is okay. Car parking in the street is a problem if crowd swells.Overall a good vegetarian restaurant in the residential area. Can definitely try out ....

Poor service. Didn't improve even after a month from my last visit. All those who want to meditate and prefer to test their patience can visit there.
