During covid times, was hard to travel to other cities for my personal gold and had to make use of any opportunity I could. I came across Swarna Prabhu, though skeptical went for it. And trust me was one of the best decisions of my life. The service, the selections, the quality was just amazing. And worth it!

Beautiful jewelry esp Kemp ones. They have Matt and antique offering too but silver ones are best. They don't cancel and advance will never be returned. So plan well. U need original id proofs like passport rationcard or dl. Rate increases much if more days are booked

I rented my reception and wedding jewelry from Swarna Prabhu. I made a mistake of choosing the wrong jewelry for my saree. But the staff were very patient and showed me all the right matching sets over whatsapp. Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The designs are extremely beautiful and the customer service is great. They speak with lots of patience. Also the quality of their jewellery is exquisite. I don't think I can fins better south Indian jewellery elsewhere! So much love to this place

Worst experience...they have shown good jwels but on my wedding they gave me some other jwels... Very disappointed.... Also my Jadapillai is already broken and my necklace also tied with some string... On the whole I was wearing a set which deserves to be in the bin..

They have both sections for rent nd for sale..! They have good collections But their service is worst..! They shown me Already booked jewellery I wore it liked it so much for its design and price and while payment confirmation They said someone else booked it..! It's a disgusting feeling ever...! And the model I seen in their Fb page I asked They told its not there but in the showcase its there Very worst people..! Probably very arrogant because of their collection Never recommend But if you can cope up with all that arrogance You can definitely visit only just beacuse of good models..! But before going just check with them if particular is available or not...! Their service is literally slowest..! I have rented out bridal jewelleries from swarna prabhu. They have very good and unique collections, especially finishing of the jewels was so good. Sales ppl were very humble and patient. I rented out an amazing bridal set and they assisted me to choose Tikka and other hair accessories as well. I have asked them to courier the jewels to my hometown. It was all neatly packed and delivered on time. Amazing amazing service and I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
