Sri Surya Family Restaurant - Family restaurant in Rajamahendravaram - default, India

First off all we didn't like the ambiance of the restaurant. Its too dark there there is no proper lighting. Table where not cleaned properly there were oil marks on tables. If you are planing to visit with family please avoid. Coming to food we liked the quality and quantity of food and Taste was also good. We ordered chicken fired wings, chicken majestic and Chicken SP fried all are were good and tasty.

This place has a good vibe in-terms of service and quality. The taste was great and maintains all the time and the service was pretty fast enough. There is no wait for the food to come. Just have a seat and order, you'll get your food ASAP. Toilets are also maintained very well and. This place is good in-terms good Veg and Non-Veg Options and North And South Indian options too. Delivery ( Take Out ) in my recent visit took a bit more of a time and the owner acted up quite a bit rude. This is my first weird experience at this place.

I ate spl.Chicken Fried Rice here, it was so good and tasty . It offers lunch sessions until late noon, almost until evening. 4pm. All other restaurants offer lunch up to 3pm only. If anyone is looking for lunch late at noon, this is the restaurant i suggest you guys, the food i ate there was very good and smooth, not so spicy. It's a good family restaurant where we can have seats there very easily. Not much waiting for the seats

Served in plastic box and biryani was too hot, its smelling bad. Unable to eat. Portion was for 3 people. pieces can be little soft. enough spicy.

Ordered tandoori chicken and fried chicken Biryani... Tandoori is super, tasty and enjoyed. Biryani is ok but chicken is not much tasty and the pieces are hard like a stone.. may be over cooked. @Coming to the service They haven't provided a glassfor drinking water

It took an unusually long time for our food to arrive at the table, despite the restaurant not being particularly crowded at the time of our visit. The restaurant should focus on streamlining their service process and reducing the waiting time for the food to be served. On a positive note, the ambiance of Sri Surya Family Restaurant is pleasant, and the staff members were polite and attentive. The menu offers a decent variety of dishes, and the flavors were satisfactory. However, the issues mentioned above are crucial aspects that need immediate attention to improve the overall dining experience. I hope the management of Sri Surya Family Restaurant takes these suggestions seriously and works towards addressing these concerns. Takeout was very average,biryani was oily and bland.I tried the fried piece chicken biryani.Methi chicken was good.Reasonably priced and value for money.Dining area is very poorly lit and seemed untidy.The cashier was not very polite and was unmasked which really annoyed me.The takeout order took almost 30mins to be completed.Will not eat from here again and will advice the same to any foodies who want a neat and good quality food place to dine in or takeaway in rajamundry.No parking space as well.

The food tasted good. But the wait for ordering is higher than the other restaurants of the same class. The ambience is being dark and cold. It feels fine for sometime, but the cold gets to you in about 15 minutes and it feels uncomfortable.
