We usually give coffee beans for powdering here and I gave 3.8kg (Yes!) of beans on July 17th. He hands over a little piece of paper scribbled with details that qualifies as a receipt. As it is a small piece of paper I ensure to take a photograph of it as proof just in case. It appears I lost the paper this time and the owner now refuses to give the powder to me in spite of showing the photograph and knowing it was me who personally gave the beans for the powder! Post his constant utterance of "I will not give the powder till you provide the receipt", he went to the extent of saying "don't give me beans for powder next time" and "why do people like you come here for getting the beans powdered" when I firmly told him that I need the powder as it is the beans we put a lot of effort to grow, pick, sort and bring! He wouldn't budge! And of course I told him the world has moved ahead and a photograph of the receipt with the guy who actually gave the beans is indeed a valid proof. And from now probably he can enjoy a cup of coffee every morning for a year with somebody else's expense. And as he rightly mentioned, never going there again! PS: His employee was polite and was almost willing to handover my bag of the powder but the rude and adamant owner told him that he was responsible for all his losses so far. So something must be really wrong. Hope the extra cup of coffee from now will bring him some cheer and his business some luck! Edit: He handed over the powder to my brother a few weeks later. He showed the image of the receipt that I sent him on Whats app. Maybe there is a day, date and time that we must comply before going there :)

Horrible Customer service, by an arrogant employee. He is not even ready to talk. And he was insisting only cash, even though he had the card machine. This employee, i am sure is just making a quick buck by taking cash. Acts as if he is the supplier for the whole of India. I think the owners should take notice of this behavior. I would suggest all to stay away from this place . (CMH Road Branch, Indira Nagar, Metro Station).
