Room was clean and neat but bathroom sanitary ware is not at all in good condition.
Residency is fine and very near to temple. Usually they charge Rs 1,500 for 24 hrs during weekdays and Rs 1,800 during weekend.
Never ever book rooms here. After paying full amount for 2 rooms, gave only one room after reaching the hotel. Very arrogant owner. Worst service.

I am currently staying in this residency and just wanted to add a quick review giving less than single star. Worst ever rooms with no proper AC neither current supply..washrooms are even ugly and completely dissatisfied with the stay for 2 days!
TV not working. Only for one or two persons, don't book if you are going with kids. Rooms are very small.
I had visited this hotel on 21 May 2022, and below is my experience with this hotel, Advantages 1. This hotel is very near to temple. Dis-Advantages 1. The rooms & washroom are not clear it's ok ok, bathroom door were not getting looked. 2. Lift are not operating correctly & it's not safe to use as well (very old lift). 3. We had booked an AC room but it was not working properly. 4. The staff behaviour was very worst none of our requests were attended, This is extremely unprofessional. Overall my rating is less than a star, my suggestion is to keep this hotel accommodation as an last option
Few rooms need proper AC maintenance, however the balcony view, short/walkable distance to the temple. good behavior and better hospitality by the staff is making me give a better rating to this arena.
