The reception of the hotel is deceptive. Looks nice but there are a lot of problems. We were told their would be hot water in the morning from 6am. However at 7am the porter came with two buckets with hot water. We booked two rooms. We vacated the room before the hot water arrived however my parents eventually got two buckets of hot water, after going to ask twice. We could smell cigarette smoke the whole night as people were smoking near our bedroom. It was VERY noisy. People talking outside our room and banging at 6:30am in the morning. Obviously there was the noise of traffic as it was a busy street. Their was a power cut at 1am so for a few hours our fan was not working. My husband could barely sit on the toilet as it was so close to the wall. They did fix this and the electricity came back on. Overall if you are looking for a budget place maybe you can come here but not if you are asthmatic and easily effected by smoke or if you want a peaceful night sleep. Impossible with all the banging, talking and traffic noise.

It's the best place to stay for week also ... no restaurant but everything is available withing 5 steps like Restaruant from 1 to 5 star, Department store, Transport facility for every 2 min, Safety at all times, Banks... ATM all nearby

I recently checked into this hotel after knowing that it got newly renovated through a friend. Beautifully renovated with Nice ambience, neat rooms & bathrooms and located at town centre ( very near to bus stand) . Better hotel management should update new photos for updated information so that it will be useful for fellow travellers.

A good place to stay with family and business people And good service and good behaviour staff room cost is ok worth the effort

Value for money and decent behaviour by staff. Rooms are not fancy but spacious and budget friendly. Parking is there for 2-3 cars at night. They also gave me an early check in and a bit late check-out. so overall I was happy with the booking.
