WORST EXPIRERIENCE in this particular shop. ALL THE GOOD REVIEW IS BY THE STAFF AND THEIR FAMILY / FRIENDS NO GENINUNE GOOD REVIEW BY COUSTMER . They don't know to do business , I think they don't want costumer. So please don't encourage these kind of people. I was ready to give Rs.1.5L business , but the way he spoke to me was so bad . Never visit this particular store @ KT street . And the price is high than other stores and they try to sell You old models. No hygiene maintained at store , They don't ware mask and they have filled 100ml sanitizer in 500ml bottle and added 400ml water. Not only me even my friends had a bad experience in this store. And one for one of my friend they sent a demo refrigerator and washing machine telling this is new box piece. SCAM , FRAUD and nothing else , that refrigerator stopped working after 1 month and company says that no warranty can be claimed as it is demo piece.
This never deserve even a single star ,I heard if we buy here ,it ll be big head ache when it practically face service issues , employees says when asked for service ,he replied am I asked you to buy from svtvc .. nobody ll take service responsibilities for thousands of Rupees machines ,for them it's nothing ,when count of thousands of Rupees notes it ll be ignored ,purchased a ifb top load washing machine within 4 months purchase it soiled ,even paid service nobody visited almost for 15-20 days ,reason is out ofstocks,unskilled technicians, negligence managers .request buy from other retailers who takes little interest for sales afterservice .very worst service due to that I approached consumer court
