World's most illiterate people work here. They don't know how to talk to guest and very much disappointed by thier behaviour. And worst part is they stare at you after all this without any shame. If you want your guests to be insulted... book this banquet hall and get insulted by thier uncivilized staff.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with ample parking space. good restaurant and cordial staff members. Good Room service and housekeeping, rooms are compact but clean and cosy, stocked with toiletries. The breakfast is decent. One of the good places to stay in Khammam. It's near to the bus stand and has a few good places for food and drink nearby.

I went to restaurant here. Food is delicious but service is a bit late. tandoori Half must try.

Food Very Very Bad. They do not co-operate also. They will charge you money for complimentary items also. Rooms are Good to stay but no guarantee for Service and Food.

The rooms are good, moderately enough for 2 guests, the room costs from 1800-3800 depending upon the type of room. I only came to dine in the restaurant, the food is good. I've tried the Lemon Chicken and Potlam Biryani. Lemon Chicken was really good but Potlam Biryani was a Flop it felt stale and the Potlam which was made of Omlette had excess turmeric in it. The ambience is great though. Silverware was clean but the plates were plastic I wish it were ceramic. Prices are slightly high and charged as per Hotels so cannot complaint.

Worst food I have ever had in my life, ordered butter roti, Panjabi chicken curry, dum biryani. Roti served stale and when we complain they reheated and bring same roti and they became like papad, dum biryani was worst there's no taste at all. Panjabi curry too much spicy. When we escalate no one is responding and giving careless answers. We went there with group of 15 people for my birthday party. My birthday party was ruined due to this bewakoof restaurant. No one ate food satisfyingly. I don't know how this many positive reviews for this bakwas restaurant. Generally I won't give reviews but writing this as others will not get fooled like me Please avoid this restaurant if you really want to enjoy food

I haven't seen such worst service staff and management any where, irresponsible management and roadside food hygiene and tasty than here. I went here by seeing positive reviews, but I was shocked by seeing reality I think all are paid reviews.

Nice place to dine in. It is around 3km from khammam station in talangana. I have gone there with three of my friends. We have ordered kadai chicken , butter panner masala , butter naan , chicken lollipop and veg biryani. Teste of dishes was good. Really Nice place to go with family. You can go to celebrate birthday , anniversary and many more. One thing i have noticed that items were little bit costlier.
