Good doctors and nurses. Good service. Took good care of my wife , she was pregnant and had a complication with the kidneys and cough. We are good now. A little high on the charges. But overall satisfied.

Good treatment. Doctor supervision is good. Nice Hospitality and the room and common premises is clean. Public relation officers are very caring asking on the day to day needs & requirments. Thank you.

Came here to consult general physician. Hospital management is not upto the mark. No proper token system and they are not sure when the patient turn will come to meet the doctor. Every patient should be given equal priority. If there is any emergency, patient will move to ER. OPD means strictly follow the queue. Which is missing in this hospital and premises also very clumsy

Pharmacy - one of the worst pharmacies. Generally, pharmacies in hospitals are not customer friendly. But this is the worst, there will be 10 ppl in the store but only 1 person will attend the counter and he is also very impatient. We will have to wait 20 mins in the line, but if we change the quantity for 1 item, he gets frustrated. Sri Sri Hospital should take responsibility for outsourcing or recruiting such an irresponsible and impatient ppl

My mother was admitted to hospital recently and required treatment was given by General Surgeon Ram Prasad sir , Pulmonologist Vijay sir. They were very humble , was explaining the treatment and action plan on daily basis. Hospital maintenance and service was also very good. I feel they are very good on par with other noted private hospitals in terms of treatment , technology and infra structure etc. Cost is lot better than other private hospitals.

GP Dr. Sai Sahul is very patient and excellent in terms of understanding the patient issue and treatment. Mynmother was admitted due to infection. His timely advice helped in curing my mother. Really great full to him. Hospital is good with all facilities and round the clock nurses. Helper facilities can be improved.

Usually we hear some things about corporate hospitals and bad impressions about them but Sri Sri holistic Hospital is not like any other corporate hospital. Through my neighbour suggestion I joined as an emergency case and was under a critical situation but the doctors and staff took good care and put great efforts and brought me out of danger along with God's grace. There is great coordination among the doctors and they gave us good counselling as well. Only necessary treatment was provided and not unnecessary things. I also observed that most patients are quickly recovered and safely discharged and not made to unnecessarily stay for long. I like to thank all the doctors especially, cardiology and ICCU head Ms.Chaitanya Sravanthi, ICCU Dr. Ramya, Pulmonologist Vijay & Sandhya, Nephrologist Jaswanth, the hospitality staff, nurses, ward boys, P.R.E's, billing team, everyone were caring and cooperative and adjusting. There will be small issues everywhere but If you come across any issues talk with the incharges/P.R.E's and they will address those.The treatment charges are also reasonable and the quality of service is good. All specialists, scannings, tests etc are in a single building so there is no need to shift patients to another buildings/location for different tests. They have a master health checkup facility along with free doctor consultation. I suggest everyone in need to have Master health checkup done for yourself or atlest parents and get all the counselling done and avoid getting into critical health situations like me. "Health is Wealth".

Nursing, urology doctors and the house keeping department is very good. Very good supportive. Floor manager pre is very good and cooperative. Very good followup and care taken by the departments. Very much impressed of the service of all the depts.
