Very convenient location in Kphb colony and very good infrastructure and doctors with helpful nursing care. The front desk has good staff who promptly understand the patient especially if senior citizens . Thanks to Mr ramakrishna who was helpful and timely guidance in admission and discharge. Appreciate the regular followup by the doctors too. Keep up the good service .

I was admitted in General Medicine Section. The rates amd charges are very High. But, The Room Facalities, Staff & Doctor Behaviours, HouseKeeping & Cleanliness, everything is good. Also nearer to the Red Metro Line (KPHB Colony) and Bus Stations. With those, I think some more improvement is required on ... 1. There are already mosquito nets in windows but still rooms fills with mosquito after evening 2. Everytime care takers and Sisters are so helpful but maximum not realise any other languages (Hindi, English) except their Regional one. 3. The kind of foods provided are also good to patient and I feel there should be a little bit increase on quality. 4. Discharge Process is so lengthy. It takes 11:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. for me

Good treatment, good doctors, very supportive nurses/duty doctors. Happy with the treatment received so far. What can be improved is more prompt communication with patient/family and on hospital premises must definitely be improved promptly. There are issues with Lift/ bit of cleanliness. Overall good experience for me.

I came to this hospital yesterday. They took a lil while to arrange my room but in the end they did. After I got settled in my room nurse Ms. Pushmitha took very good care of me. I'm indebted to her. Overall nice experience.

Good hospital with all facilities. Takes good care of the patients. Need to improve the billing process a bit to discharge patients faster. I know insurance approvals takes time but things can be improved from hospital side as well.

Nurses and workers are good. That's all. Hospital is very costly. Only 1 among 3 doctors are non- commercial. Finally after discharge you don't know how to read the final bill. Even if you are a charted account. Even bill counter people say they don't understand. We simply swipe the card or else no discharge.
