If you enjoy being surrounded by nature and would like to spend your day taking a pleasant walk, then this apartment complex is an ideal option for you. You will also have plenty of space for your children to play. However, the major issue with this apartment complex is the behavior of its residents. Although many residents of this apartment complex raise complaints and offer suggestions in the WhatsApp group, they fail to attend committee meetings or contribute their efforts. However, if the residents could change their behavior and actively participate in improving the community, this apartment complex would be an excellent choice for those who love nature and seek a budget-friendly living option.
There are two blocks here. A block and B block. Each building is 5 floors. It's a very good place to live. Just beside the highway, transport is easily available at any point in the day. There are zumba classes going on, a place to play shuttle and people are very friendly. There is a walking track also around the two buildings. There is a place to conduct small events as well. There is a building dedicated to the amenities.
Locality is good. But maintenance is worst, everytime people of one caste form society and run maintenance. Taking turns who can have their part. All land owners in A block has benefits while ppl in B block are paying extra for many(which was not mentioned while booking/purchasing of flats. Many problems in building has arised, unresolved by society. People living here are with no ethics and basic sense. In group meetings and whatsapp groups People bully and harass ladies with vulgar language and major group support this. to be in peaceful place is imp than to be in good location,i prefer. Think twice before you buy or go for rent here.
Apartments are good but it is so near to a lake there will be a big issue when it rains.
Good residential place.peaceful.All owners r co-operative.It will become a land mark if some more infrastructure added.It has a public transport availability from all corners of GHMC area.
