No more back pain. Awesome place for people who wants to learn yoga. Instructor is very nice and professional. I will recommend anyone who is open to learn yoga. Life changing experience. I am able to sleep so much better now. Instructor gives all the tools to better your health.

I'm lucky to find this place for offline yoga classes in Kazhakuttam. Though I just joined a week ago, I could not stop myself sharing my feedback. Being a women, I was conscious before joining any offline class, but truly speaking, here yoga teacher vibes are so pure and powerful that you feel very comfortable. I also realised that the energy level of the place itself is very high, the asanas/postures which I used to find difficult to do at home; I do it there very easily. The asanas pattern is designed in such a way that I don't feel tired at all and the whole day, I feel active and also have a deep sleep in the night. No parking issues. Thanks to the almighty God, Yoga Guru Sivananda and reverend Yoga Teacher Chandra Deth. I'll keep updating my experience here.

This is one of the best things that has happened to me. Wonderful experience. Excellent yoga instructors. Not only they have years of practicing yoga, but they also strive to give easy-to-follow and engaging lessons. I also love the availability of classes throughout the day, which gives me scheduling flexibility. Have been going to this studio for everyday for the last two months and the membership is totally worth it.

The change I experienced here was immense. The trainers keep inspiring you to do yoga in the most enjoyable manner. We become conscious that we are burning our fat and have a changed perspective of life within the first month of our class. Keep my word.

I was very much enrolled I don't need Google points or anything. So pls stop lying I had enrolled and after one month of session I was told that there is no session at 8:30am. Before enrolling I had asked if there would be any issues so pls make ur statements clear and correct.

Is this centre part of Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centres. The location is not found in their website. That is the reason I am asking this question? Rating given is on the basis of details in website and I have not enrolled. You may remove it.
