We went for some black dot issue in the eye. But no one in the process of checking asked us are discussed on the issue we were facing. every one are treating the patient in the same process like machines first step check the eye second step eye drops third step the doctor (thought at lest doctor will ask the problem but no doctor also did not ask the issue checking the patient in regular way like machines) and prescribed the spects. When I asked about the issue in a tone they responded the issue with black spots is not an issue I also have it so no problem. and says thanks for coming to our hospital like that we came to the hospital for free consultation.

Dr. Naveen is a pathetic doctor. I went there for issue with my eyelids and he gave me rubbish advices. The doctors here are just looting people. They just give any random medicine that too at very high prices. His diagnosis was totally wrong. There are many negative reviews about Dr. Naveen. please go at your own risk

I did my prk surgery. They took care of all. Post surgery also they have taken good care. They reachable on call in case of any consultation. Thanks to Dr. Srinivas and Swetha make this comfortable and easy for me

I had worst experience with this hospital. Doctors are money-minded and will not give you right advice. My mother lost vision of one eye for their irresponsible checkup ,approach and suggestions after spending around 2.5lakhs. My suggestion will be not to visit DR Naveen for any cause, he will never give you right answer for the query you have. Such a pathetic doctor. The worst thing is they are not empathetic about it just to hide their weakness. Please try to find out other alternatives if you have this hospital in mind. Go at your own risk...

I recently had a eye surgery for me in Shankar netralaya. It went very well. The doctors & supporting staff are so responsive for our needs. After my surgery, i went for few supporting documents for my insurance claim and they supported and given me all required documents. There is a nurse/sister her name Pooja, she is pretty cool and supportive for the patient. Thanks to all for you support.

Dr.Srinivas treatment is very gud and satisfied...Dr.swetha and the staff Pooja they are very cooperative and other staff also cooperative hospitality is gud...guys keep it up... may God bless each and every members of the hospital...

My experience was unpleasant and substandard. I arrived early, had my registration form submitted, yet had to see the patients coming after me being called for their check-up, while I was here waiting for my call. The management should really look into this.

All the doctors have looked after me very nicely and treated properly my injury.
