Guys I am telling you I am amazed to see a waiter speaking so nice English and was greeting with such beautiful smile. Though we were speaking broken Tamil he made us comfortable and gave the best food options.

A good place to refresh yourself while traveling to Kodaikanal.. The problem is Average food taste.. And staffs are not so welcoming

unimaginable....The room was not clean , and the staff was not responding properly. When I checked in they gave me a room on the 1st floor. The room was dirty and the current was not there, then after a long struggle they gave a current after 40mins. Then I thought of fresh up, bathroom flash and gun is not working. Then I said to that guy after an hour the plumber came to fix the issue. My mobile was drained and I tried to charge my phone, in the room there was one plug point and that plug point next there was a molded night lamp. Since I was using one plus charger and it was not fitting to insert my mobile charger. Around 8 O clock I am calling reception and that mobile is not getting connected it's saying not reachable. Tried many times but no luck. When I went down and I said I tried reaching you guys but my mobile is not getting connected. In a rude manner the person is saying see mobile is here only and how it won't be not reachable and next I'm trying to call reception number but it is still not getting connected. Now I'm telling my actual situation that I am not able to put my mobile to charge and the owner is very and asking me to check with the builder why they fitted the plug point like this. Is this how the owner will answer the customer. Now how can I put my mobile to charge, he is replying like put somewhere when you are coming out. Then I have to pay 2000 to take room and stay. This was our worst experience in high way. The staff is terrific I couldn't imagine someone could be this rude with their customers. I will never ever recommend this hotel. They allotted us a room which was in the worst condition. Since I have to select at least one star so I have given this star. Not recommended both hotel and lodge to any innocent to suffer by paying money.

Not a recommended place to eat breakfast. Recommend to buy a bottle water to rinse your mouth. If you use there tap water you will definitely puke. Expensive food and age old furniture. Not the right place to eat breakfast.

We had one South Indian meal, Naan, mushroom masala and mushroom fry etc., All tasted good. Service was excellent by the waiter. They have a vast empty area behind the restaurant and good to see they have many trees, ducks. This brand has started a new branch it seems, near the toll plaza. Wishing them good luck.

Decent dining place for regular meals. The waitress was an extremely pleasant lady. Food taste is ok. This used to be the only decent place around this area if you are taking the bypass, but now there are lots of good eateries in Batalagundu-Theni road.
