The worst aspects of this restaurant are its ambiance and cleanliness. The wash area is far from the cleanest, often emitting a strong urine odor and remaining quite dirty with food leftovers being a common sight. Despite occasional cleaning attempts, it consistently falls short of cleanliness standards. Regarding the food, I ordered their masala dosa, which turned out to be quite good. I also tried their coffee, and it too received a positive review. The ambiance, on the other hand, is merely average, with separate sections for family dining. The service is somewhat quick, but parking can be a real challenge due to its location on a busy service road. However, it's easily accessible overall.

Saravana Bhavan was marred by a concerning discovery - a noticeable lack of hygiene in the kitchen. The presence of old, rotten food with unpleasant odors right in front of the kitchen was both disconcerting and off-putting. This not only compromised the overall atmosphere but also raised serious questions about the restaurant's commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. A disappointing experience, to say the least.

Sri Saravana Bhavan located near infosis.visited there yesterday,it was very busy as it was evening.ordered masala dosa,ghee roast.though it was busy but there was no delay in taking the order and serving the food. There are ac and non ac dining area. Ac dining room was full. Food was received within 5 minutes. Masala dosa, vada ghee roast, everything was good. Good crispy masala dosa and ghee roast. Ambience is low.There was a strong smell of urine in the wash area and it was dirty and congested.friendly staff, but the service can be improved a little.. You can park your vehicle on the road,no parking space is provided for the customers. Try to come to the hotel via the service road, if you are coming from the highway, you will have to climb the iron steps to reach the hotel. It will be difficult for the older people.

Easily avoidable. After an engaging day with my daughter, decided to halt at Saravana Bhavan, kulathoor to catch upon some grub. The restaurant was not densely packed, though we awaited for any of the waiter intervention. Could easily see bearers walking right past us as if we were imperceptible. Interrupted one of the bearers deliberately, as my small one being famished and advised two ghee dosas. We were equipped with two of the blandest dosas, , seemingly dunked in sunflower oil / dalda . The unprecedented smell wasn't alluring, which forced my 7 year old in turn asking me - ' This doesn't look like ghee dosa, acha'. The so called ghee dosa took a toll on our appetite, as we headed onto the aisle of the washroom. This may be one -of- a -type occurence, but the hotel missed out on other cues with reference to service, promptness etcetera. Perched among a vicnity amidst several MN C's the hotel has a lot to catch upon, and it would be not surprising as the former starts taking diaspora of people for granted.

Today morning around 10.15 I visited this hotel but very bad service from the staff in a/c room B1table they took almost 20 minits to cleaning the table and after that I Ordered the food and its also taking too much time when I asked the bangali waiter then he is telling that if you are not able to wait then you can go and me and my family with kids force to leaving from there I request to the owner (we are expecting good service from Tamil persons hotel and we are getting it now from every where because they keeping Tamil people as staff)that dont keep this type of bangali staff in your restaurant they will spoiled your good will
