Horrible experience here. The food quality is way below par. Totally unclear and unhygienic. The washrooms are very hazardous. Too much mosquitoes everywhere. Unfortunately there are no good restaurants anywhere in the vicinity of the temple. Definitely would not suggest. Do not be fooled by the HSB branding. Felt very disgusted by the overall food quality and ambience of the restaurant. It should be only half star out of five.

Worst Food served. I had visited this hotel after my Darshan from temple was utterly disappointed with the taste. Worst food was served. Ordered veg biriyaani, but was it a mere aloo n Jeera mixed rice served in the name of veg biriyaani, no veggies inside and charged Rs.60, Even Road side veg biringi would have tasted well with some veggies but this Hotel is purely exploiting the devotees, cheating and serving worst. My friend ordered parotta but served with sambar instead of kurma. Food will taste like annachatram food, I think hotel management is not concerned about the vsistors since all are from other state or town, surely local people won't buy here, so they do this kind of atrocities serving worst food, since devotees visit here only once right so they take customers for granted. We are paying money for our food, you are not serving free food for us, so atleast some quality is expected from a hotel like this. Their quality is worst than Street side shop food. Even annadhana food will taste good, these people have no courtesy for the devotees. No proper lighting inside the hotel, all corners are lit by led bulbs. Hotel management, keep in mind you are serving worst food for devotees of sri kalahasthi eeswar, after collecting money from them, this Paava karma will not allow you to sustain for longer time and will definitely give back to your next generation. You should be complained to food safety authority for serving worst food. Google should remove even this 1 star.

Visited yesterday on 16/07/2022 it is in the same temple of Main entrance street, I could say this is the worst restaurant I ever visited ever. Food is pathetic , no taste at all and the service too ( no one answers). The ambience is also the worst , no AC and not enough fans and no power back up, only one hand wash is working out of 3 and not at all clean the place. It is dirty everywhere. When we ask a person who serves ( obviously few times ), then he replied this is not managed by HSB officially. But why @HSB is allowing them to keep that board of HSB still outside, take some Legal action on them. It damages all the HSB image even in Tamilnadu ( as many Tamil people visits this place everyday).

Have to improve food quality and standards. We had a vegetarian meal here. Salt was excess in almost everything. The waiter has kept the plate and went. We can't take extra rice. We have taken pickle from another table.

Worst hotel ever I stayed so far. Staffs are terrible. Looking at tariff I booked Single bed room for 500rs but when I reached hotel they demanded 600. After negotiations price reduced to 550 and I checked in. While checking out again he demanded 100 rs for Room boy. Friends don't go to This hotel pls. They are very annoying

No customer service...not a good food ....no fan also ...... No hygienic food ....very very worst customer handling..... He give only sambar ....for full meals.....pls never go ...

One of the Worst experience in food.food is so bad can't even have a bite chapati is so hard to have meals cost is 120 not worth 10rs didn't expect this from sarvana bavan. Don't try food here ambience is good with AC.
