In prime area. Middle class people can stay. A.C room rent is less than rupees 2,000. Nearby orange vegetarian restaurant is available. Good tiffin centers are there in walkable distance. Banks are nearby.

Worst lodge we have ever seen staff are very rude,cheaters&liers, receptionist is very harsh&they don't know how to behave with the people,water problem,waste of money worst experience ever vt dz lodge,worst management they will demanded extra amount,money minded management they don't care about customers don't recommended this lodge don't waste your time and money with this lodge

Excellent location, hotel staff are very polite. It looks old but its ok for its price. I have booked standard and suite rooms, standard rooms don't have geysers but they given Hot water in buckets when ever we wanted overall its good

Deluxe Rooms are not well maintained nor cleaned except for suite room which are well maintained. Dusty old furniture and full of cockroaches roaming in the room. I also spotted a lizard. No geysers or water heaters in the rooms. Power cuts are frequent with fluctuating voltages causing air-conditioning inefficient and useless.

We initially called the hotel and asked for room rates and we went to the hotel directly they said the prices without AC first as we mentioned at the time of checkin we clearly asked them that whether if we need Ac in the night we will pay the additional 200Rs and they accepted for it and one of my roommate paid the bill and we later decided to stay with Ac the receptionist was letting my friend know that we need to pay additional 400 rs for Ac which he initially did not mention and was very rude when we went and spoke with him, when we went back and asked for refund he was arguing with us so we paid the amount and stayed back. We asked for Hot water at 5.30 Am in the morning and no one provided us hot water. Need to improve standards. The only good thing is its near by Good restaurants and railway station.

Value for money, there are a lots of lodge which charge much higher however the experience would be bitter there. Saptagiri lodge has quite good and spacious rooms with proper cleaning and change of bed spreads daily, pillow covers once in 2 days, aquaguard with water cooler. Cooperative staffs, well understanding the requirements and serve well even if there is a language barrier .. Like it and would recommend others too...
