Srikanth Sakshi Bhavanarayana Swamy temple is a very old temple situated at ponnur. It has got prominence in and around guntur district. Nice place to visit along with family member's. Dasanjaneya Swamy temple is also situated by the side of the temple. Kasi visalakshi goddess and rajya Lakshmi goddess are also situated in the temple premises. Yearly function will be held very grandly.
Superb place for Vishnu parayana in ponnur it is a historical temple which was built nearly in 19th century...I like the pulihora which they serve as prasadam it is sooooo tasty...I have no words to utter about it...I love it...it is sooo delicious... And not but not least every they perform rathayathra and thiranala which is very much famous in ponnur...
Our reknowned pravakthas should tell the prominence of this place and advise the local people should visit this regularly. Even though it is auspiouly Sunday no public were there in the temple.
