No proper response from Dealer,waste service , Too much price on spare parts over actual cost

read fully: Bad showroom i want to report a compliant to yamaha for giving authorization to this i went for servicing yesterday oil changed but used bad quality oil i said to fix mirrors but didn't filter didn't changed but cleaned and refitted my mileage for down to 25 from 42 waste fellows Edit after n months: 2nd time servicing as I have no option left I went to same place again coz kodad showroom is even worse. This time servicing was good, idk the technician name but he listened all problems clearly and gave me insights of fixing and done the job very well, I asked to change oil and filter in front of me and he did it first. Fixed all the problems efficiently. Increasing rating from 1 to 3 Edit after n+2 months: 3rd time, the same guy was not available today, servicing was kind of good but after driving to 20kms from srpt the bike stopped and not started for few minutes, again it happened after another 15kms this time I called to them and they assumed the problem is with kill switch, I somehow reached home, they promised to check the problems within a week(make sure to take a video in such cases) I can increase stars to 3.5 but there is no option letting it to be 3

Worrest Service ever...

Worst receiving by the owner, specially the female owner of the showroom. Vehicles are good cuz not manufactured by that owner but response was so rude. They are kind of, the only fascino showroom in Suryapet. Behavior of the staff is also not satisfactory. Servicing of vehicle was also not that good but kind of okay.
