Sri Sai Sudha Multi Speciality Hospitals - Hospital in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Went for eye checkup last week, since the doctor is not coming to hospital one of the lady optician -usha(working for more than 15, years) tested my eyes suggested/insisted to buy the lens in their shop. My eyes and headache started paining more. I visited again to cross check but she prescribed some medicines. As, my husband had some doubt on her treatment so we went to Modern eye hospital , Nellore. So my eye power is 2.75 but sai Sudha hospital gave me 3.75 lens which was a big mistake. I suggest not to go this kind of hospital that too sai Sudha. Doctors are not coming to hospitals and managing with the staff nurses for treatments.

This is the worst hospital I've ever visited. Cost of treatment here is high. Irresponsible staff and RUDE behavior. I really felt like slapping that Nurse. Doctors are worst in punctuality. Too much delay in results and procedures. Unwanted tests, just for making money. Visiting this hospital is really my misfortune. Please don't commit this Mistake my friends. PLEASE DON'T. My sincere request to Management is to shut it down, if you're not interested in serving the people with care. We've many alternatives.

I'm giving the rating for the doctor not for the hospital and management. Nice way of treatment. Especially Dr. M Jagadeesh (Orthopedics) sir is marvelous. The way sir treats patients has shown lot of commitment towards his duty. Sir is too kind towards patients and very elaborative with patience in explaining situation. Management matches with the above comments.

I wish I have the option to select the ratings in negative. Our experience based on Aarogyasree treatment. 1. Hospital has a lift which attendees were not suppose to use. Upon requesting, a lady on the G-floor shouted saying it cost them 50/- for each time the lift is used. I saw an attendee with a history of bad-knee was made to climb the stairs upto 4th floor and the management scolded her upon trying to get to the lift. 2. ICU: I thought that was a general ward, took me time to process that it was an actual ICU. There were NO TOILETRY BAGS for the patients in ICU, upon asking the nurse she arrogantly said, "I am not the doctor, check with them" Anyone can enter that ICU with no permission needed, any patient can go out and no one is there to question. The Nurse in the ICU didn't wore masks and their isn't a sanitiser in the entrance of the ICU. When any patient need to the nature call, they need to shout and call their attendee, who can enter the ICU, take the patient, get rid of waste and put them back on bed. Imagine there are people who travelled to this hospital from other part of the district and do not have a place to change/clean themselves. The cloths of a few people were filled with dirt and they were entering ICUs at such ease. I am not judging any person, cause it's their situation. My point is clear about how the ICU in this hospital is. ICU should provide intensive care, but that CARE is something they don't do. 3. I asked to get a private room before and after the treatment, it costs me around 4K and I wasn't provided with the bill. I asked the lady for it to which she said 'No one asks that and no one provide it here', she starting looking at her colleague and they both shared the smile. Was I joking about the receipt? I told her I can claim it to get a refund but they ignored and said 'Next'. 4. For Aarogyasree based treatment, they charged for tests and medicines saying that doesn't includes in the scheme. 5. The lab where patient was suppose to take for tests, should see the path, it like a tunnel where 2 people cannot walk properly side by side. Also a lots of people were waiting but their wasn't that many chairs. 6. There was a generator with its own mind. Not sure how they plan to run the hospital without a power back-up. 7. Helping staff and the nurses who visits the patients are the one running that hospital. They are the one who helps everyone. This is my experience with the hospital, This is the 2nd time we visited. First time it was for my grandpa 3yrs ago. The treatment was very good back then and that's the reason I had another relative to join last month to which I guess they would have cursed me.

My uncle admitted for a joint replacement surgery at Sai Sudha Multi-specialty Hospital, Doctors are very good and all employees working also good and helped us in all the aspect and treated us very well. Thanks to the Hospital management team

Even single star also waste for this hospital, Worst staff, doctors also won't available any time, very very worst experience we had there for my brothers leg facture, if we ask them aroyga sri, the treatment will get even worse,

Tooooo worst hospital Frustrated DOCTOR this kind of doctor behavior I never seen He doesn't have an intrest to treat patient Then why the hospital is open I doesn't understand, Please don't waste your valuable time and health
