Sri Sai Residency - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Just looking at the name "Sri Sai", I got into this Hotel. Trust me, it's the worst. No hot water if it is AC Room. Worst behaviour. Please don't checkin even if you get a room in this Hotel. There is no latch to the doors. Washroom stinks. No hygiene. No oxygen in the down stair rooms. Hence I have shifted to the 2nd floor. Very untidy, no maintenance. Please don't get into this at any cost guys.

Worst experience ever. No proper room service. Room has only one fan, that is also very slow. If we complaint also there is no proper response. Windows are broken. Door latch is not properly locking. On the whole waste of money.

Not worth. Management & Staff do not care about the customers. They have very rude behavior with the customers. Rooms are untidy. Not even a single room is clean. I had to change 3 rooms and each room has one or the other problem. There is no hot water facility, flush tank doesn't work, no door mats near wash room, torn pillow covers, broken room locks from inside. Apart from the cleanliness, I was forced to check out of the room as we have completed the given booking time though we are ready to make the extra payment. We have checked out of the room and sat in railway station for more than 4 hours. No Humanity towards people. Room boys doesn't support or help for carrying luggage or food etc. But they will be back of customers for the money at the time of check-out. I would recommend, not to go with this hotel, as there is no worth for money. I was charged 1200 per day and there is no proper aminities. hotel is completely dark and they don't even bother to switch on the lights. There is hotel bheema's which is closer to the railway station, better opt for the same. I have never faced this much worst situation for my travels.

Main problem is toilet. The gap between toilet and wash basin is only 5 inch. My height is 6 feet. My wife 5.7. Even a 5 feet person cannot sit in the WC. The seat cover also not fitted properly. The wash basin is in kids height. One have to bend half to use it. Fan regulator also not worked. Only high speed. We didn't use fan because it was very chill. The receptionist given irresponsible answers. Asked to change the room. They said all the rooms are like this only. Please don't recommend this lodge to anyone.

I have stayed 3 days in Sri Sai Residency form 27-Jan-2022 to 30-Jan-2022. Previously every year, I used to book room for my family in Trilok Residency which is near to Sri Sai Residency. But to see how other hotels are, I selected this Sri Sai Residency. But on the first day I and my family got disappointed with the Sri Sai Residency hotel rooms. 1) As I booked the room for 3 people but the hotel person has provided the room which accomdates only 2 people. 2) There is a mobile Network problem for all the networks Jio, Airtel and Vodafone as I and my family are using this Jio, Airtel and Vodafone mobile networks. 3) Hot water problem: Thre is no Hot water connection inside my room in bathroom. We have bring the hot water from outside of the floor hwere other room people are waiting and I need to wait for my turn. 4) Ceiling fan is making a unbearable sound. 5) There is only one Charging point in the room. 6) Water problem in the bathroom as the taps are not working properly. 7) Bed lamp in bathroom this is really funny and it is very dim. 8) Disturbance with attender as the attender rings your door at 5:30 am for the check out. 9) No cleanliness. 10) Dirty curtains oo the windows.

My experience in this hotel was very bad. The room i have selected was not given to me. I have booked for a double bed room but they provide me single bed room. When i raised the issue the manager said no other room was vacant and forced meto stay that room. The bath room is very small, one can't sit comfortably on the commode because there is no gap between the wash basin and the commode. During my 48 hrs of stay i have served only one bottle drinking water. No hand wash and body wash was provided. No bed light was there in the room. sofa which was given was very dirty. I have given one star to this hotel because of its location which is in a very nice location unless this hotel is not at all a right hotel to give even a star.

Good Budget hotel, 500 meters away from railway station and 1.1 km from bus stand. Rooms were good, but bathrooms were not at all good. Manager was good, improvment for staff. we stayed here for 2 days. for 1 day we booked through goibibo..and on second day we extended our stay directly with Hotel..Overall good experience.

Sri Sai Residency is a good budget hotel if you want to stay in Tirupati for a day or two. Please note that it's a 24 hrs checkin/out hotel even though I booked online. I had booked 4 bed AC room through GOIBIBO(where i got great discounts) and stayed with my wife, 5year son and parents for 2 days. The hotel is at walkable distance (around 500m) from Tirupati railway station in Market place. It is right next to the govindarajaswamy temple. There is ample place for Parking in the basement. My Check in was a breeze since I pre-paid for my room on line. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We received a 2 Litre complementary water too. My room was LARGE, neat and very comfortable and added to this was a extra sitting room with sofa and table. Though there is no restaurant in the hotel, service boy brought us food from nearby restaurant. Restaurants and shopping are very close to this location. OLA/ Uber was always readily available. Customer service is above and beyond, kudos to everyone!! I would highly recommend Sri Sai and will be back.
