Service is good in this hospital and they admit covid patient too. For scanning they ask us to come only when Doctor comes like hourly basis. Their discharge process is not so good and should improve in this process. I heard that they charge extra at the time of discharge with many hidden charges. It is located near yelachenahalli metro station and located at main road. Ambulance facility also available. For emergency near by people can visit to this hospital

Pathetic, they don't know how to treat patients. They only have intrest for making money . If you go to this hospital for a simple fever they will charge minm 5000 for treatment

My niece had a fever came to your hospital, really bad experience with the pharmacy you guys dunno to place a pharmacist at night times he is telling just one day old I have joined also he is 60+ years old without training how come new guy will be alone at late night he doesn't know where exactly the medicine is there pathetic.. not only for us for other patient too had a bad experience we apparently went to other hospital to take medicine... Will not recommend pls act to the situation than neglecting it... it's an emergency... really bad..

It is my bad that I took my daughter here for throat infection. There was a total confusion among the staff for the treatment plan. The pharmacist took almost 5 minutes to find tablets from a tray of medicines . For 418 INR bill he gave me 2 RS balance when I gave him a 500 note. When I asked he said I gave him 400 RS not 500. Then no idea why he gave me 2 RS back . Never heard about such mathematics. We are asked to buy gloves but the nursing staff never used it. Not maintaining bare minimum hygiene while dealing with the patients. Touching the tip of the needle with bare hands and putting the needle open on bed and reusing it observed. Lab report given with typos and /incorrect readings. Don't know why they are keeping the toilet which might not have cleaned even once after fixing it. But one thing we should say they are excellent in charging money, super speciality hospitals can't beat them in this area.. Got a discharge and escaped from that place. Totally unprofessional and pathetic service. It is a shame for the health care community as a whole. Wonder why the government authorities are not taking actions and how the hospital still running.

I have not seen a third class hospital as this in my entire life... Absolutely pathetic hospital. You cannot see an iota of ethics with them and all they care about is money. People who genuinely visited and the residents in that area very well know.

Pls don't rely this hospital for any emergency situations. Staff r good, they talk politely but without doctors at the right time. See for better option around

Very unprofessional hospital. Please avoid. They fix appointment and cancel at the last moment causing great inconvenience to the patients. I had called at 5.30 pm and fixed appointment. They told doctor is available at 8.30pm but cancelled at 8pm making me wait. Dr. Srihari Naidu is very unprofessional and caused great inconvenience to the child. Please don't feel you are the only paediatrician in this area. There are best doctors available in this area who are helpful. The Hospital management is not good and I would like to express my disleasure and want others to know thisThanks.
