Good looking restaurant with good service from waiters. Visited this restaurant as suggested by locals and one of our friend. But the taste was worst and the price was too high for the quality and quantity they provide. We have tried chicken lollipop biryani, Naan with paneer curry which were very bad. No proper maintenance including the restroom which was not clean. Hope they will consider this review seriously.

Although the food was a little below decent... The quantity of the starters was ridiculously small for the price range.We had to send the starters back to the kitchen because it was too salty... The server was polite yet the service was too slow... He blamed the kitchen while the manager blamed the server... On the whole you can happily skip the restaurant.... Probably the dhabas in the city outskirts can provide better tasting food at better price points with better service. BTW the washrooms were horrible and I found a baby cockroach on my table scurrying around...

Very bad place.. service is good But place is worst maintained.. it's stinky.. can't even stand.. washroom kind of smell everywhere . Cockroaches here n there.. Overall worst experience

It doesn't look like restaurant , lights are irritating with cheapand low class and 80,s bar ambiance, not suitable for families

3 star only bcoz this is only hotel I could find AC in this area and food taste is decent. But place is shabby and lighting is pathetic like bar n resturant types blue lighting and Manager says bcoz it's family resturant.. not sure of justification??? Take your call and decide before u go

Good..... Customer service is good ....bathrooms are not so good....old menu cards, prices are little bit high , even though they charged high prices for icecreams ,their taste is very bad.....overall experience is average.....but we have got fewer options available in chilakaluripet

Not Up to Expectations of a middle class family appetite. Quantity is good but maintaining Quality is absent. Washroom is Not Clean, smells bad. Waiters are good.Charges on items are ok for some. But few dishes over priced. Hope they take feedback seriously. Instead of Big Occupancy they could try small restaurant but great Hospitality with amazing food options.
