Sri Sagar Restaurant - Vegetarian restaurant in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

I first visited this place in 2007, and the place is still as good as it was back then. The veg jaipuri is the best item imo. Kashmiri dum aloo is not upto the mark. The ambience is still good and really crowded by 8pm.

It's not at all worthy paying 260 for this portion of veg biryani.

If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant in medium cost you definitely visit Sagar restaurant. Food quality is really good, I tried fried rice and Manchurian combo was really delicious and sweet lassi which was just average. But staff behaviour was not satisfactory, there were two or three staffs at that time when I entered but none of them even ask me to seat or anything. And one more thing wash room is at the back side of the restaurant and it's very small.

If you are searching for vegetarian restaurant in reasonable pricing then this place could be your option. They serve North Indian food, South Indian food, Chinese food etc. The food which they had served to us was quite good.

Food quality and hygiene is very nice and the staffs are also very good.

Worst experience ever. You will get same gravy for every dish, whether your having "Paneer do pyaza" or "Paneer butter masala". Same test no difference excessive sweet gravy.

Visited Sri Sagar, Khalpara recently after many years for dinner. The Food was good overall, loved the Cheese Kulchas, they were delicious. But just didn't like the butter naan much, it wasn't very crisp and easy to digest somehow.

Sagar is the place for all your delicious food craving, the restaurant is veg restaurant and the food is awesomely tasty, the most recommended here is everything, be it chilly paneer or Dal Makhani or Shree thali everything is perfect, and the quantity is also very filling. highly recommended.
