Budget friendly rooms available, They charge Rs.300/person for not A/C and Rs.400 for A/C rooms with food during afternoon and night ( not sure about the morning). They have a parking facility also. The food is Andhra style and the taste is good.
Very bad experience.... food is very bad they are thinking dat they are offering food with their own money... paid 1300 for ac room .. for half day they charged amount but no receipt...in lunch half spoon cabbage talimpu one spoon lemon ric and dal is very spicy butter milk instead of curd rice is only 80% cooked....i visited every vyaya bavan in tirupati shiridi kalahasti tirumula varanasi so many places this is the worst experience i my life..
The good place for vysyas and donors searching for good accommodation. Also food is ok. The location is near to temple with all facilities nearby. Overall experience is good.

Such a rude behaviour and worst experience ever. We had enquired and booked 2 rooms a week before. We were told 1500 per each room. On the day of arrival, When we called and informed We will be there by 9pm, manager asked us to eat outside and come as food will not be provided post 8pm , but when we reached here at 9.45 we saw people still having dinner and staff serving. Also the manager said there is only 5bedded room and not separate ones as we requested. Then we had to start searching rooms outside which caused lot of inconvenience for us travelling with 2 early toddlers I personally don't recommend this stay.
It's a Arya vysya community room. Per person they will charge 300 rupees. Which includes room, afternoon lunch and dinner. Food that they serve is quite simple but it's tasty. It's like home food. Cost is very economical. Staff are quite arrogant but it's still the best option to stay.

AC Rooms are very clean, good service and food. Location is exact opposite to temple's South Gate. Overall it was a very good experience for my family. Will definitely stay here next time
Good hotel in a perfect location. Not touched to temple (200 meters only) but on the prime location, where you can explore all destinations like Ram teertham, Seetha teertham, floating temple, etc. And you will find buses easily from here.

Near to Rameshwaram temple. Rooms are smelly and always wet, probably due to proximity of sea. Go for it, if you have old age members with you and you need accomodation near temple.
