a budget hospital with all kinds of facilities. but shortage of staff affects the smooth functioning. the insurance dept functions pathetically.

Missionary hospital which provides affordable treatment at the same time don't compromise on the quality of treatment. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful, it has speciality departments like Cardiology, Respiratory, general medicine. Cath lab is still not available here which I think is a main drawback. There is ample parking space for 2 wheelers but not a lot of 4 wheelers.

Can say it's a good missionary hospital, charges are moderate, doctors are very supportive and helpful, the doctors do not recommend for unnecessary tests or medicines. The doctors understand the patients need and act accordingly. The patients are never at unnecessary pressure for unwanted treatments or related matters whatsoever it may be. Hospital is listed with most of the insurance companies. The staff is also very cooperative. Hospital has got reputed doctors and inpatient treatment is also there. Ample parking space for 2 and 4 Wheelers inside the hospital compound as well outside the hospital.

Negligence of service.. No meaning of saying serve to man... serve to God.. Today visited i casuality on emergency, unattended more than an hour, then directed to physician or get cash return from OPD as directed by Duty doctor. I mailed in detail with hospital management, let me see if any positive steps from management side

Dear Dr Saravanan Sir, Sree Rama Krishna Mission Hospital,Sasthamangalam. My mother was taken to the casuality in the month of August with severe lower abdominal pain and vomiting. After few tests she was referred to Dr Saravanan ( urology department).He examined her and informed us that the pain was due to the formation of kidney stone and requested for lithotripsy. Dr Saravanan explained to us in detail about the procedure of surgery.Surgery was successful and my mother recovered completely.I wanted to thank you for all your support and guidance.My sincere thanks to Dr Ayesha ma'am for her love and care ( Anesthesia) vested to my mother.Words falling short for their services... Thank you doctor for your dedicated service,patience and kind words.

This is one of the worst hospitals in TVM. I went there with my child to consult a paediatrician and the one who was there was an old man who was utterly slow in his work. Also the lady assistant was allowing patients out of token. We waited there for 1 and half hours and later I asked her for the priority of my child she answered as 6 after 4 patients I again asked then she answered as 5. Later we complained at the Nursing superintendent and she answered that it is quite common and cannot refund or change the doctor. First of all you should place some good staff who can manage patients as well as keep them as equal. Also efficient doctors and others. And also try to get energetic staff.

Such an argent people . Securities are like such a ruthless fellows. Even they won't allow to park the car for 5 mins to give some money to the out patient waiting to pay the bills. NO vallet parking. If you come by car you are struck here . I have good experience here with doctors before . But those guys who let you in are the worst Such a bad experience .

Such a bad service ..no value for money or time .. nurses are too old to handle things . I think they take money from the patients for keeping the token on priority. It took 3 hrs time for me to see the doctor even if my token is number 2. People who came after me consulted the doctor before me . When asked about this then she said this the procedure I mean what procedure they are talking about . Everyone took the op ticket and the time is written over ther. How pathetic treatment.
