My experience- One of the finest hospitals in Chennai. Hospital Staff is cooperative and helpful even though you doesn't know the local language. Doctor does thorough check up and deals every case differently. Medicines are bit costly when compared to G block. G block is for poor ppl who cannot afford for check up and medicines are at subsidized rates.

The oncology block stinks like sewage and when enquired the receptionist casually said that whole of hospitals sewage is connected there and she cant help it. Charges are exorbitant like a 5 star hotel. The whole oncology dept ,pathology and gynecology dept are obsolete, makes wrong diagnosis, performs unnecessary surgeries and treatment and lures public money.

All round terrible experience. Food provided is soo bad its actually shocking and the room given to us smelled like sewage. From the staff to the room, this whole place is terribly managed yet charge very high rates. I've never experienced such terrible experience. I could write a whole lot more like how they don't even provide tissue in the room/toilet or even a place to store your bag. Highly recommend you stay away from this place in general.

Doctors are very good in diagnosing the problem and treatments are very good. Appreciate the management for their service towards the humanity. They charge just 50rs for consultants and treating most of the cases in free of cost.

5 star for doctors, nurses, others and housekeeping 1 star for the insurance team. Before briefing about my problem faced here.. i need to say that Doctors are really good caring understanding. I read many comments mentioning trainee doctors are attending us . It's worng review then when they get experienced. Remember they'll only be serving for our future. They always takes senior advice. Nurse and housekeeping in B6 are really kind and helpful. The only problem here is management they are maintaining the insurance department properly. Initially for the pre approval process I mentioned them clearly that my insurance is a bit different and they need to send to a particular mail id for a faster process. But they are not ready to listen to us. After 2 days of follow up i got approval. During discharge we have to keep on pushing them for the process. Please increase the staff at the counter or I just requested them to inform me once you mail them. So I can call the insurance company for faster approval.. but they are really not supportive. I need to remind them then and there.. Except the insurance team.. rest was smooth according to me... I request management to increase the counter in insurance...
