Please don't expect that this hospital provides UPI transactions or any other online services. Carry cash with you. Even in 2023, I can't believe that they are expecting cash from us. They have a swipe machine which will incur 1% charge on debit cards and 2% on credit cards. I can clearly see that they were expecting us to pay with credit or debit cards and not providing UPI transactions. Be aware.

Very unprofessional and rude staff and reception. This hospital sucks your money like leeches and doesn't give you respect. They always emphasize money and don't care to give updates about the health condition of patients. When India is racing towards being digital, this hospital demands money to be paid in cash. If we need the required bills and stamping for insurance and other claims, we need to pay them extra, and this is a mafia. I do not recommend this hospital at all to anyone other than celebrities and VIPs as only they will get respect here. Overall a worst and traumatic experience we had here. I strictly don't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Can't give zero rating hospital as there is no option to give zero ... Won't let mother and father inside the doctors room but will let next set of passengers to be present in the room while we explain the doctor about issue with kid ..... have to show my kids bum to Doctor but couldn't due to presence of other patient .... There is no privacy at all ... I don't how how it is allowed.. Doctor is freely discussing the issues while other set of patient is inside. I received a response(which can be seen below) from one of the doctors in the hospital . The doctor clearly did not respond to my question to on how are they allowing two patients to be present at same time in the doctors room.If the doctor's health is of a concern , then why allow two patients and their attendants to be in the same room at same time (4 people). The Doctor clearly told me that Dr Chandra sekhar prefers to have his next patient inside the room while he is looking at current patient . Hospital is not following ICMR rules when it comes to patients privacy. It is very inconvenient for us to discuss my kids problem infront of others. We have to show his bottom to the doctor in front of others which is very wrong . Hospital has a issue allowing both the parents inside the doctors room but dont have any issue while allowing another patient to be present while examining the patient.

Good treatment Dr T Chandra Shekhar Reedy garu treatment is excellent. My child recovered smoothly. Timely response by consultant doctors.
