Unless you are on a urgent business visit, or on piligirimage or no where to stay you can stay here or in the vicinity. Rooms are not clean, forget ambiance. Have to nudge the people to get your bath towel also. The only plus point is you are near to the famous Bhavanarayana temple and Shankara Vidyalayam and a couple of veggie eateries. Engineering college buses are there Agricultural University is little far to walk

It's ok lodge, don't expect any extra facilities. It's just a simple lodge. They provide only Tv & fan. Main irritating thing is they doesn't accept any kind of digital payment exept liquid cash.

Rooms are not clean and lot of mosquitos
