It is one of old lodge in Kanchipuram. Bustand, Kamatchi Amman Temple, Ulagalandha Perumal temple are walkable from this lodge. Budget friendly rooms in heart of the town.
Worst lodge to stay - Bed bugs and Rest room never washed in last 5 years that's how it will look.
The worst Hotel ever I've seen If you have to stay for 1 or 2 Days that's ok but don't stay more than that because they don't clean the room and whenever you complaint about it they will say you can check out. They such rude you can't even imagine Staff is demanding money for room cleaning such a bad experience.
Average cleanliness, best in pricing, limited variety but good food, no amenities, no toiletries. . . . Insightful customer focus, they seem to know customers very well which talks about why it has been there for 75years. It will rate low to average if you take individual aspects but somehow they have got the overall balance and fit right.
This is waste lodge. No room service and room cleaning. Reception Phone not working. Room boy Always drunk. Don't come here.
It was cheap and best hotel who wants to stay in Kanchipuram, they're providing both ac and non AC room at reasonable prices. Maintanence was good, it was near Kanchipuram bustand so easy access for travelling. It was located very near to kamakshi temple
Very unhygienic place, toilet are not even in proper maintenance room is very small but cost is quite high, room boys are having drinks in corridor during night and really unsafe. Only positive is easily accessible to lodge from kanchipuram bus stand.
I have been a regular visitor to Kancheepuram, for the past 30+ years and always stayed at Simla Lodge. A few years back I couldn't get accomodated at Simla Lodge. Hence, l checked in at Sri Rama Lodge. They are always helpful and having very pleasant environment and pleasing staff.

It's a nice hotel for people who comes for silk sarees shopping. This hotel is middle of Ramana resturant and Prakash silks. One place for all stops.. Highly recommended to everyone.
