SRI RAM HOTEL - Hotel in Tirunelveli - Tirunelveli, India

A good place to stay and relax if you travel to Tirunelveli. It's a 15-20 mins drive from the bus stand and railway station. The ambience and service is good- the rooms are very comfortable and are family & kids friendly. The restaurant & food however is not great and alternate options for food is very limited given the location of the hotel.

Nice and Clean hotel in decent price comfortable stay and hotel employees are customer friendly. Pure vegetarian restaurant attached. Bathroom is neat and clean.

We had organized a family function in this hotel in their 4th Floor Vivaha Hall which was done at a very short notice and we were referred by one of our family friends. The service and the arrangements at the function hall was excellent and the hotel folks supported us in a big way in making our function such a memorable event. All our requirements were well organized and as agreed. The hotel manager Krishna was such a helpful person and he provided all the different vendor contacts for organizing the flowers, decoration, melam etc., The event went exceptionally well and the whole Sriram Hotel team deserves a big applause for making this event quite a memorable one for us... We extend our thanks to the entire Sriram team and the manager Krishna.

Was staying there @ 4th May 23, just opp to Tirunelveli New Bus Stand. Easily accessible just by walk.. Rooms were neat, some what big, and bathrooms still can be better maintained. Otherwise overall experience was fine for a budget of 2000, ground floor you have good veg restaurants. Food here is nice. All transport accessible from here to commute.

We had booked an Executive room in the hotel and it is a decent good hotel for family stay. Room was spacious for us. Amenities like AC/TV/Wifi was functional. Toiletries were provided and replenished everyday. There was 24 hrs hot water. Toilet was neat and clean. There is a vegetarian restaurant attached to the hotel. The front desk people were nice and hospitable. All the above are points in favour for this hotel. There are few negative points also which I wish to point out. Though the toilet is clean, mild foul smell was there throughout the day in the toilet, especially when the toilet door was closed for sometime. We used the fan provided in the toilet to drive away the smell (may be fan was there for that purpose only). We feel that some issues are there in the exhaust provided in the toilet which needs to be addressed by the hotel authorities. The attached restaurant is good for South Indian items but we found repetition in the items given in Thali meals. Mostly standardized menu in meals. Not much choice was available for North Indian items and few items we ate was not up to the mark. So if you are looking for North Indian stuff, then this restaurant is not the place. Though this is very near to the new bus stand, it is quite far off from railway station and from Nellaiappar temple. The auto fares charged to us were very high for every place we visited and our bargaining was of no use. So if you don't have your own vehicle, be ready to shell out a lot of money for commuting. Barring the above, the hotel is good. Quite and comfortable place.

Awesome room. The rooms and washrooms are huge. The staff is courteous and service is fast. The only issue was someone was cleaning the nearby room at 1:00 am which disturbed my sleep for 10 mins else all was good. Value for money

Good value for money hotel just opposite to the new bus stand in Tirunelveli. Big halls to host events and good caterer who takes care of your appetite. Rooms are neat, hall is grand and looks great. Acoustics also was good as I had my Laughter Yoga program

Very disappointed due to worst service. I booked the room for 1 day. Room was cleaned. That's fine. But when I came back after my work, it was noticed that some of my personal belongings are missing. When I report to reception he is saying that their room service guy may taken unknowingly. The best part is, any of the staff doesn't have their manager's phone number. Atlast I made them to buy new things at night itself as I would have to leave by next day early morning. TV remote was not working. Phone was not reachable to reception and room service. We have to go directly to reception. Instead of floor mat there is a dirty piece of cloth. I won't suggest any of my friends or colleagues to book this hotel. Such a pathetic service.
