I am Giving 3 Star They are not providing proper information most of the time they confusing people and acting like they are doing a favor on you. if someone is asking anything that means you have to answer and clarity should be their for customer. otherwise overall good.

Sri Ram Bharat gas agency is the only distributor of LPG of Bharat gas company, at Pattamundai. Distributes both domestic and commercial gas cylinders at the door steps of the consumers.

Very very very late delivery. They don't deliver your gas until you call although it's spent one month

Really very bad and frustrating service. I have been using my regulator from past 10 years and asked for a replacement. But rather than seeking customers safety they denied to do replacement (as from their testing technology says regulator is working prefect). And when I asked multiple time they offered me to give another brand's regulator which is quite annoying. They should know that Quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the customer gets out of it.

Gas is available most of the time. That's the most important thing. But quiet worried about the work culture out there. Staff are not customer friendly at all. Instead of providing proper info they try to confuse people and act like they are doing a favour on you. So you have to be updated on various Info and documents if you don't want to get harassed. If the owner is looking at the review kindly provide some training to your employees because in service industry your customers are the most valuable assets.

Worst Bharat gas service My gas cylinder is any time lickging but your staff is cheack but again 2 days let also seme problem , than again also seme problem, really very bad service
