Purchased Toronto single speed 29t cycle here. Staff Mr. Basha was helpful in choosing the correct frame and tyre size. There are multiple branded imported cycles available in their 3rd floor showroom. Would recommend their showroom for quick delivery and helpful staff.

In last few weeks I had almost visited all the cycle shops around Porur and finally preferred Ponni Cycle Works. They have good collections of cycles, new stock, best price and finally the customer service is excellent. Other shops are spacious, attractive but the price is high, poor response and we have to select from the available stock with less color option. At Ponni cycle I had specified the model and color, they placed the order and delivered on time. Also the price is inclusive of all accessories which is really great.

We bought a bicycle for my kid on 10-Sep-23 ay ponni cycles, Porur. (using my kids savings which we taught it to her to know the importance of savings plus our money). We are satisfied with Ponni cycle's customer approach and they were very patiently explaining all the + and - of about each variety of cycles, especially the guy named 'Basha'. He was giving all the options and choices so that we can conveniently select the cycle. Way to go. My best wishes to Ponni cycles. We yet to check their service after 45 days and for any further service required in the future.
