Very good place.. little crowded on Sundays..Periandavar is the incarnation of Lord Shiva..If you prefer abishekam kindly bring Pooja items ..the list is available on their website. Abishekam Charges cost 250 rs .You can participate along with your family..

This temple is situated 15kms away from mahabalipuram... For about 5 kms narrow path which goes between fields of village...road is good but at a time two vehicles cant cross over...temple location is very pleasant...tress all over... Small shop is there to buy things for temple...temple is open fully from morning to evening... Lord siva of this temple is so powerful... Must visit

Loved the temple vibes. We are allowed to do certain rituals by ourselves like abhishekam, haarathi, neivedhiyam. Place is usually crowded. There are two or three small snack or tiffin shops outside, where you ll get some tasty Bondas and tiffin items.

Peaceful place to Visit. It's an amazing nature place. My kind request doesn't litter

Holy Siva temple. Neatly maintained. Surrounded by forest. No public vehicles. Lunch is provided by devotees daily.
